While on the taller side for Choisi, Phaedra's pretty short in the grand scheme of things. Long limbs and delicate features help her appear taller, as well as the confident way in which she carries herself. Long copper hair is almost always braided, forming a thick plait down to her hips.
Phaedra prefers to dress in shades of blues and greens, but isn't terribly fussed about her appearance. Her jewelry rarely matches, most often looking like she put accessories on as she found them rather than any sense of fashion.

Phaedra can breath under water, which is incredible! She can't breathe air while the power is activated, though, and every use causes shimmering copper scales to appear on her figure. The scales dry out and get itchy, so the more she has, the more time she'll need to spend in water. Soaking once a week isn't bad, but eventually it could be hours per day.

Phaedra is somehow both impulsive and.. passive, pretty much embodying Missiah's philosophy of going with the flow-- unless something catches her interest. Then she goes chasing after it, with no real regard for responsibilities. She's open and friendly, cheerful and inviting. Easily swayed to join shenanigans. Terrible at being a lady.
